Motivation “Runday” Monday – Participation Request – 4/21/21

Hello Runners!

Motivation Runday Monday features a runner just like you each week that gives a motivating running message that will get your running week off on the right foot!

I’m reaching out to you to get involved and participate in Motivation “Runday” Monday and be featured on an upcoming episode. Motivation “Runday” Monday is about YOU, for YOU, and by YOU, and it can not continue without YOU. It is effortless to become involved and gain a little fame! As a runner, you CAN inspire other runners with your words.

So how can you become involved? You can go to feelgoodrunning.com/mrm and find instructions and seven questions that you can answer in your own words. There is a link to record up to a 5-minute message you can do from your laptop, computer, tablet, or even your phone. And if you need more time, go back, click the link again and record up to another 5 minutes. I will receive a .mp3 file and then edit it to make you sound good. And you will be featured on a future episode and be famous amongst your running friends!

Thank you for listening to my podcast. I'm a long time "Feel Good" runner myself completing 101 Marathons and a certified 50 State finisher having completed a marathon in all 50 states plus DC.

Additionally I am the former Co-Race Director of the Maui Marathon and Vice President of the Valley Isle Road Runners on the island of Maui, a certified RRCA Running Coach and now a recognized Podcaster!

Running is my passion and has really defined my life. With all the support over the years I have personally received from volunteers from all the races I have done, I would like to give back.

The "Feel Good Running" podcast is for the everyday runner.
