In this episode I feature runner and author is Jasmine Rice from Denver Colorado. Jasmine is an everyday runner that loves the sport and has been running for 14 years and just completed her 5th marathon, the New York City Marathon. Her time was a amazing 4 hours 25 minutes and 57 seconds!

Jasmine is also a author and just released her new book, “Create YOUR own life recipe after divorce.” She loves life and running and you will be inspired by her words.
