Hello Runners!

Motivation Runday Monday features a unique runner each week that gives a motivating running message that will get your running week off on the right foot!

This episode featured runner is my good friend and running partner, Dr. Michelle Wolcott, physician and orthopedic surgeon in Denver, Colorado. Dr. Wolcott has been running since 1999 and has completed about 15 marathons. She has performed many successful knee surgeries on runners who have been able to run again and achieved PR’s. I consider Dr. Wolcott, my running wife. We spent many, many miles together over 15 years and ran with each other every Saturday. She is an authentic, wonderful friend. Thank you for listening to my podcast. I'm a long time "Feel Good" runner myself completing 101 Marathons and a certified 50 State finisher having completed a marathon in all 50 states plus DC.

Additionally I am the former Co-Race Director of the Maui Marathon and Vice President of the Valley Isle Road Runners on the island of Maui, a certified RRCA Running Coach and now a recognized Podcaster!

Running is my passion and has really defined my life. With all the support over the years I have personally received from volunteers from all the races I have done, I would like to give back.
