Running Inspirational News– September 21, 2021 (Minisode)

Hello Runners,

Fall is here. Summer was hot. Mornings are now cool. Running is good. Well, until the snow flies here in Denver. Yeah, not a fan. I need to suck it up!

I am very excited because I am back in the game as a team member involved in putting on the Bear Chase Trail Race here in Denver September 25-26. And, I will also be in charge of the course for the 2022 Maui Marathon to be held on April 23, 2022.

This episode, I am pleased to bring you some very amazing stories. Meredith Atwood, Jamie and Lynn Parks, Nick and Lauren Mark, and Heidi Richard. Plus a story that bothered me. I love finding great running related stories about real runners that I can share with listeners. Even if some bother me. Balance. Right!

If you know someone that has a unique running story, please feel free to share it with me. You can Email it to me at jim@feelgoodrunning.com

Thank you for listening to the Feel Good Running Podcast, and please share this with your running friends and on your social media platforms. I would very much appreciate it. And please get on our mailing list. I will send out two Emails per month to announce new episodes and items of interest, all about running. You can sign up by Clicking HERE!

Train hard, run harder, and be well. And remember to be kind to others, even if some are not kind to you. It’s good for the heart, mind, and soul and helps make this crazy world a better place. It’s the right thing to do!

~ Jim

Inspirational Running Quote

Not a quote this episode but from Swim Bike Mom, Meredith Atwood’s about page. Three things that are inside of every person – you just have to begin to believe:

  1. I am Relentless!
  2. I am Worthy!
  3. I am Limitless!

JUST KEEP MOVING FORWARD!
